• I have a Colorbox subscription, will I continue to receive product?

      All active subscriptions will be cancelled on March 29th. Subscriptions scheduled to ship on or before March 29th will still be processed at the promotional 50% off price. You can also stock up on additional boxes at 50% off by logging in to My Account, clicking Subscriptions to access your custom Colorbox, and clicking Send Now to automatically process any additional Colorbox shipments.
    • I do not have a Colorbox subscription. Can I still purchase my custom Colorbox?

      Yes! You can order any new custom Colorboxes, or reorder your existing custom shade at 50% off until March 29th. Simply log into My Account to access your Order History, and click reorder to add your custom Colorbox to your cart. You can also take the Color Quiz to get a new custom shade.
    • My custom shade was perfect. How can I still get the right hair color?

      Color & Co. has been backed by 100 years of hair color expertise by L’Oreal. Our colorists have worked with our Customer Care Team to leave you the right shade match from our friends at L’Oreal Paris. Simply call our team at 1-888-742-6567 between the hours of 9am–5:30pm EST, Monday–Friday, or email us through our Contact Us page and we’ll make sure to match you with the right shade and a special offer on your next box.
    • I just placed an order, is it too late to cancel?

      Due to the personalized nature of our product, Colorbox orders begin processing right away and they cannot be cancelled or modified. However we offer a 100% Color Confidence Guarantee on your first Colorbox so if you’re not satisfied with your results from your personalized shade simply contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receipt of your first order. Our guarantee applies to first time haircolor orders only and does not apply to subscription orders that were not cancelled before renewal.

      For haircare items, we accept returns of unused, unopened products up to 30 days from receipt.
